I totally agree with you, what are the chances that all these pitchers are going to be succesful at the mlb level? Not that great. I've always supported Theo, but we could definitely use a boost this playoff run, he better do something.
I think the chances are slim of us landing Tex, or any marquis players for that matter. The Yanks are good but were better, and I don't know why we would screw with are good chemistry. I geuss will have to wait and see.
What do you guys think the chances are we land Tex? I don't see it happening and why would we f*** with the goos chemistry we have. Are there any realistic trades we can make without losing players that have helped us all year?
Well I hope they don't trade the kid, I love they way he pitches, I hope he's here is entire career, but he would only be a number four on that rotation with Beckett, Matsuzaka and Bucholz. Right?
Well we both know the Royals and Rangers don't have any pitching. He'd be a number two at either of those places, but still wouldn't be better than a number 2 on half of mlb pitching staffs.
I totally agrre with you. In regards to Gabbard, any player has a high trade value or a low trade value, and I think Gabbard's took a bit of a dive tonight. Lester is good and is only gonna get better, but he's far from being and ace or even a #2 IMO.
