  1. I don't mean when will he come back. I was curious if we ever found out when he was actually injured.
  2. Doesn't matter anymore the Herald is reporting that Mirabelli has been signed to a 1 year deal.
  3. There was a lot of talk about Toby during the Manny negotiations so I think he is someone they would have interest in.
  4. The non-tenders are out and there are some names that have been linked to the Sox on the list. Joel Pinero, Marcus Giles, and Toby Hall are the main names I've seen pop up from time to time. Do we think the Red Sox make a run at any of these guys?
  5. My prediction... Papelbon. According to what he said on WEEI the other day he claimed health was not behind the decision to switch him to the rotation. And he said he would go back to closing if asked. I simply can't see them overpaying with prospects in a trade when they have him in house. I think the Sox really want Papelbon to be a starter but if they are down to the wire and closing won't kill his arm... then I think he'll close.
  6. Another closer option surfaces.
  7. Just curious why Loney over Laroche?
  8. Alright. Lets say these are the names in play. How would you rank them. It's obvious from your post Kemp is the #1. Seems to me Kemp, Broxton, Laroche, Billingsley Loney, Penny would be a good order. Just looking to see if there is consensus as to who are the better players in play here.
