    This is very tough and i dont want to be a homer and just say Schilling. Honestly i cant decide because they both are pretty much identical and both have had good careers. I mean im not sure but i believe Curt has the better postseason numbers, as it seems like it to i mean just think of 01 and 04. But Mussina i dont know every time i see him on the mound i think ahh crap hes gonna pitch great tonight. He just looks like a winner to me, and honestly if i was head coach, put these 2 names in a hat and let me pick one out i wont frown either way.

    i agree maybe it was the layoff and hes tired. But who says he still cant get the job done. I dont know im just going to be optimistic and hope for the best, im a gagne fan what am i supossed to say?

    I cant believe Gagne is getting so much crap. -yes his velocity is down -yes hes been horrible since getting to boston -am i panicking? no, because there's still a lot of baseball to be played, give the guy a break, be optimistic, give him a chance and when he comes in dont be saying oh great here comes gagne NO! say yaa here comes gagne to shut it down for Papelbon. Give the guy some time, you'll see it will all be fine. As for the injury thing, i wouldnt call it a injury but maybe is something is bothering his arm. Anyway in the end, he will be fine, and you guys will all be saying, well, ya i knew he would turn it around inside knowing you doubted the guy.
