    I don't know---in an interview on tuesday Shill said he knows Snyder real well (one of his good friends) from them working out together during the offseason. He was thrilled that Snyder got his chance and he seemed to think that he should be a starter. he said he has the stuff, but injuries have really hurt him. I can see Snyder coming back up depending upon what happens with the fatman and clement!

    WMP is def a better pinch hitter---but Kapler is worlds better in the field (especially RF at Fenway) and has shown (although a small sample size) to be pretty good at the plate! We all know though that Harris is the one to go!

    I doubt this happens. paps earlier today said that he loved the role of closer. He said "i started my career as a closer, and i want to finish my career as a closer" I don't see how you remove a guy from a role in which he has been the most dominant in years (so far)! I say leave him where he is--there's nothing like that feeling when the sox have the lead going into the 9th and you know it's over!

    I thought so real time, but on the "line cam" replay it bounced in fair territory and then went right over the bag before hitting reed---close call though!
