    from rotoworld.... After hurting his left wrist in the first inning Thursday, Hideki Matsui was taken from Yankee Stadium in a sling and sent to the hospital in an ambulance. Expect X-rays to be taken soon. Matsui's consecutive game streak is now over at 519 games or 1,769 games incuding his time Japan. Since he didn't play a full half-inning in the field or get an at-bat, he doesn't receive credit for playing tonight.
