Julio Lugo fell behind 0-and-2 in the count, but fought back to work a walk. Alex Cora fouled off six pitches before grounding into a force play. Kevin Youkilis was down 0 and 2in the count, fouled off a couple, and worked a walk. By the time Manny settled into the box, Garland had thrown 25 pitches.     Good try ORS. It's difficult to reason w/ someone who hasn't gotten over Damon choosing the Yankees over the Red Sox. Someone who honestly believes Damon could have made a difference for the 2006 Red Sox. He doesn't like Coco or Youk and he seems unlikely to change his opinion because his astute observations.
