    From The Globe: Brandon Moss has joined the Red Sox in Tampa, and the corresponding move might be a trip to the DL for Sean Casey. Casey suffered a strained right hip flexor in last night's game Ortiz bruised his right knee, the one that was surgically repaired in the offseason, on that dive at first base last night, what Terry Francona called a "car accident." The team wants the swelling to go down on the knee, which explains why Ortiz was scratched from the lineup today. And, yes, the move was Brandon Moss for Sean Casey, with Casey heading to the disabled list. It was a move that, under different (healthier) circumstances, the Red Sox might not have been forced to make.
