As expected, the Yankees removed Mark Teixeira from their roster today. They replaced him with Eduardo Nunez. Lance Berkman will start in Teixeira's place at first base. And there's a bit of Red Sox connection with the first pitch today. The Yankees have brought back Aaron Boone and Bucky Dent to throw out the first pitch.
