Damon Plugging for Manny and Big Papi to Yanks?

Evening VA. Not anything recent but a couple of players I remember off the top of my head was Sparky Lyle getting traded to the Yanks, and Tiant leaving via FA. Luis wasn't as dominating by then, but he had a good year with NY, and he was the big arm for the Sox prior to that. Johnny D is a media whore with a yappy mouth, has been since last year. What he said in the Times interview wasn't out of his norm. As long as he hits and plays well for the Yanks I don't really care what comes out of his mouth. I don't think most fans will. If he doesn't produce.... then it won't be such a comfy stay in NY. -
