Wrong thread but. . .Dunno if we have any Lax fans here but national championship game going on. Cuse, Cornell. Cornell just blew a 3 goal lead with 4 minutes left, cuse just scored the tying goal with 4 seconds left. Cornell had possession with 20 seconds left.

He'll learn to be more patient at the plate with experience. People were calling hima bust though.

What i'm trying to say its that yes it downgrades our defence but it would only be a few games and if it gets him back on track its worth it. It's just a few games.

I have an idea that no one is probably going to like but its something different. Move Ortiz to first. Right now he is going up, striking out, then sitting in the dugout with nothing to think about at all. He just sits there with nothing to do or think about until he is due up. Give him a few games at first. Maybe it will help his confidence. Right now he offers nothing to the team. If he plays first maybe it will boost his confidence because he is contributing at least. He won't just solely be thinking about how much he is sucking at the plate. He could go up there with a clear head after coming of the field and maybe just swing away. I know it hurts our D big time, but just try a few games, it can't hurt.
