With the Re-signing of Ortiz , there's NWIH the FO signs anyone worth signing. Otherwise they'll go over the luxury tax and I doubt the FO will do that. So Ben will have to get creative to get this team better.

Yup, its the same when Theo was there, Theo never had full control of the team .
