    So happy to hear that. I understand it is a rivalry, and I hate the Red Sox with all my might whenever the Yanks are playin 'em, especially in the play-offs, but (and no offence of course) it does make RSN look silly chanting Yankees Suck when the Yanks aren't even in town.

    oh definately. i think the yankees take the cake with that. winning one WS is one thing, but creating a dynasty that has won the division since 1997 and winning 4 WS in less than a decade is another. not to mention all of the history.

    we were america's team in 2001 but i don't necessarily think the red sox are americas team. i think the yanks could be considered it. you don't see B caps in other countries, whereas you do see interlocking NY caps all over the place.

    Old news. I was in Boston a couple months ago and they already were coming out with Yankees stink shirts lol. I don't understand why you can't wear them though. I guess they would rather you root for your own team than root against another? I'm sure the last thing they want everyone watching ESPN to see on a recap of the game is a Fenway crowd more concerned with sporting a Yankees Suck shirt than promoting the team root for.

    There's no way you can knock down Fenway, and it's nice to see the Sox front office is doing so much to preserve it. It's just as recognizeable as Yankee Stadium, which I don't think should be bulldozed either. Along with Wrigley. I love the idea of playing in one of the oldest ballparks. So much history that won't be forgotten but hopefully will still be tangible and standing for generations to come.

    I don't think there's any question that the Yanks best SS is playing 3B right now, I just don't think it would be fair for Jeter to move. He has a longer tenure, not to mention he is the captain for crying out loud. Who would Arod have been to move someone like that on his first year coming in? He would have been an Ahole as you like to call him so it was good for the team that he moved to 3B, he realized that, and he did it.
