But I pretty much interpret as, not being banned or on probation if there is such a thing. I did state thet I wasn't thrilled about his attempt to screw up the league. Sometimes in the heat of an arguement, things get out of hand due to the heat of the moment. But what he did after a few days to calm down was intentional. I'd say keep him locked.
