    Watching a-rod trying to cheat was a real classy move. Then the whinning started from the players and the fans... more class. I will admit that being the team that holds the record for the biggest choke in baseball history would make anyone cringe. The fans at yankee stadium were chanting "go mets"...now that is class. They win 26 ws and are now booing them just because they are underachieving. They brought in an old man to be the savior and he isn't, have players underperforming now that they can't use steriods - 4th place is about right. They are a .500 team and have been all year.

    If you read in their message board they sound like they never won anything. Typical ny fan. Their savior for this year looks pretty old right now. He's a unit alright. I hope he gets creamed tonight. Nothing finer (other than a Sox win) than a yankee loss and to the mets to boot. steinbrenner will behead someone soon. Ah...you got to love it.

    I am a transplanted Sox, Celts and Pats fan. I am going to use my name from the Pats forum so I don't get confused. I grew up in Mass but live in NC now (thanks to DEC). Enjoying the teams current romp through the NL. I got a lot of ribbing (I am sure many of you did too) when they were down 0-3 last year against the dreaded pinstrippers from the bronx. Obviously living the dream this year after kicking the curse in the teeth last year. I was fortunate enough to come back home for the Pats/Bills game. Got to see the WS trophy..yahoo. Go Sox! I even mustered up enough gump to go into the nyy message boards. Man they are as infantile and outragious as new yorkers can be. Watching the yanks tumble and our Sox tearing through the rest of the league makes for a lot of typical ny commentary. I look forward to discussing our Sox. C'mon Curt...
