  1. totally just read this at mlb.com...gonna have to fight a hell of a battle!
  2. that would be so brand new...i wonder how they'd work with each other
  3. he's doing better (BA) than only Bellhorn and Cora, who has some understandable adjusting to do. i just dont know where he'd fit into our lineup
  4. 2004 avg .293 current avg .230
  5. id rather the original plan and keep millar. it works the same except for the fact that we're unsure about lowell
  6. millar is only be considered for something if the mueller thing falls through i thought.. millar and mueller for mays/romero?
  7. If something doesn't go down soon I'm going to die.
  8. Millar realized his butt was on the line and he stepped it up...? I was rooting for you all along Kevin!! keep it going
  9. i dont think its necessarily dumb but i do think it should be avoided unless it needs to be done..which may be the case unfortunatly.
  10. in mot in love with bill mueller. thats someone else. and i said i would deal with getting rid of him if it means improving our rotation..all im saying is, its sad to see mueller go, and lowell scares me..but who knows he could be great..
  11. Romero/Burnett deal is the main thing but Lowell is something to be nervous about. he's only 3 years younger than mueller and it's not as if his stats are better. the only thing that confuses things is Bill's FA status at the end of the year. whatever forget it. i have to stop changing my mind in the middle of posts. if there was a way to get around getting rid of mueller id do it but the main focus is the the pitching. i also think the media has a lot to do with this, bringing the difficulties to everyones attention, including the players with the whole Johnny-schilling thing, and probably making the sox staff more uneasy
  12. eww... mark bellhoron on steroids.. that make be a disaster.
  13. are you kidding? im calling him on the phone
  14. not bad and #2..very important.
  15. hate to see bill m. go but this makes much sense...def. need to make some sacrifices for that lefty.
  16. exactly..the argument that he is old and susceptible to injury makes sense but he hasnt shown any major weaknesses as of late and I know we have to think about the long run but I cant help but think that letting him go would be a big mistake..especially with the whole lowell thing....uhhhh..
  17. agreed. we need mueller. it would be a mistake to let him go
  18. for the last time...its not cause we dont have him...he's an ass.
  19. hahaha shutup
  20. ewwwwww wtf hahaha
  21. actually barely caught an inning out to lunch today. i was the nerd running over the the mini TV at the bar every four seconds. The blown save thing is kind of a downer. Not that I should feel bad for them. I wanted them to lose I guess. Competition is fun but everything needs to be going well for the sox at the moment i think.
  22. ewwww hahaha
  23. the O's are still hangin. they were winning for a bit today..
  24. i know. i hope they play that way.
