Solid game by Bay yesterday. I do believe he'll end up leading the team in HRs & RBIs. If he can drive in over 100 runs in a pittsburgh lineup and bigger ballpark... Something along the lines of 35 +/- HRs, 120 +/- RBIs

I went to the opener on Thursday night. They were shutout 3-0. Couple of bright spots tho. Junichi Tazawa looked very good, 5 innings giving up just 1 run. I sat behind home plate. His curve has got some filthy movement. Mark Wagner gunned down 2 of 3 baserunners

With Lowrie in a 1 for 18 skid, I think Tito should do a minor tweak. Tek bat 8th, Lowrie 9th. At this point I trust Tek more with RISP than Lowrie. For a guy that has a good strike zone eye, he's having too much strikeouts. The kid is pressing too hard. Lugo must be sitting pretty right now
