    Hmmm...didn't seem so happy when he flipped off La Russa last season. What a pathetic excuse for a professional athlete.

    Sure, it's a shame for our trade prospects, but it's always nice to see a small market team actually shelling out the money for someone they have seen become the cornerstone of their franchise rather than just letting him walk. Great pitcher, not a terrible team, great for baseball.

    Hey, at least they still have $4 seats at Dodger Stadium. I object to the notion that this guy is the average fan. The real average fan would kill to have the seats he still has, or seats anywhere close to them. Of course I respect the guy's devotion, but front row seats have never been a necessary part of being a baseball fan. That said, $120,000 is pretty damn ridiculous.

    Hopefully it'll only be a game or two; he can't even swing the bat right now. What a stupid reason for him to lose playing time.

    Miller threw 60 pitches in an extended spring game the other day. It seems like everything went well and a return later this month still is reasonable. His next step is a rehab start in an undetermined game on Tuesday.
