I was looking at stats today and realized that Nixon is doing good against leftys this year, and i was wondering why he is not starting more against them. look at this: Nixon against Leftys. I didn't know there was gonna be a Las Vegas team in the AL that was new. I thought the marlins were going there if there could not be a new stadium. But it would be cool if there was a new team, although there does not need to be so many teams.

he's a career .240 hitter. i may sound like a Yankee fan saying i want good players at every position, but thats a good thing, because it obviously means i want to have a winning team. This is the red sox, not some small budget team. We're defending the world series, and we should have the best players at every possible position in order to repeat. Which means a more productive 2nd baseman, maybe a more productive 3rd baseman, and some new pitching.
