i been to a game vlad played in. He hit a double off the green monester, and when he hit it i thought it was gonna be a home run. i never saw a guy hit a ball so hard. If i was the Angels, it would be stupid to trade Vlad for Manny, because Manny is older, slower,and worse on defense. Vlad is fast, has a strong arm, hits almost as well, and can play very good defense.

I wouldn't want Manny to go to the Angels. That would only make them stronger. It would be likely we would have to play them in the playoffs, or for some reason maybe fight them for the wildcard, and that would make it only harder.

So? A sport is a sport, and the man had something happen to him in REAL LIFE that made an impact on him. When it comes to stuff like that, f*** a silly sport. Its a game. I really wouldn't mind seeing Olerud as the everyday firstbaseman next year. I also read somewhere that Dustin Pedrioa will be the 2nd baseman next year, and possibly youkilis being 3b. I'd love that. Not alot of power, but good on base ablity. They should keep manny and damon, maybe keep trot unless they can trade him for huff.
