i know he pitched 2 shut-outs this year but honestly i dont have confidence in him! also i have not been overly impressed with Renteria although he played well last night

Here is my list of pitchers i would send out (assuming all pitchers are healthy) we have some really good starters here is my list 1) CURT SCHILLING (no brainer - in a big game i would want this guy on the mound) 2) BRONSON ARROYO 3) TIM WAKEFIELD 4) MATT CLEMENT (i love this guy, but Arroyo is like 10-1 in his last 11 decisions and is coming around, and Tim is just Tim and is amazing) 5) David WELLS i would love to hear others opinions on rating the starters from 1-5 assuming everybody is healthy

I am glad that Matt Clement pitched a great game yesterday. I was very happy when we signed him. I think if he gets some run support he will fit awesome in ou rotation. Once Schilling comes back..............i like our starting 5!! Glad we are over .500 and would love to finish the sweep of the DRays this afternoon Yankees are losing againg this afternoon, maybe the curse of AROD will start early this year!! GO SOX LETS REPEAT!!

we cant offer him a 5 year deal, id rather sign a journeyman for 1 year we have to be smart and think for the future!! 3 years tops for varitek, 5 if he accepts less $$ per year!

i would trade Nixon for either one of the Big 3 eyes closed! starting pitching (a good one) is much harder to find than an average right fielder

i apologize to elsrbueno and to the whole board. I know that when i talk sometimes i come across as arrogant and stuff, but bottom line is I LOVE BASEBALL, I LOVE THE SOX, and i hate the yankees I do have opinions and i will state them i admit some of them are way out there but its just the way i feel. anyways we are all sox fans, so lets stick together, my spelling is terrible i never really was great in english, thats why i became an accountant, lol anyways sorry for anybody i offended, and i will keep posting my opinions, and remember they are my opinions, so i guess we dont all agree btw - i like trot nixon its just cause he was being compared to walker, etc... by some people i know and i could not agree thanks

hey i know you guys know baseball i am italian, so confident dont take me in a bad way, thats why i post so we can discuss i love KROD, i really feel that Lidge is the best right now, i just hate to be attacked for my opinions if you guys did not know your baseball, i would not be here sorry again!

Ortiz, i feel from what i have seen, and i watch a lot of baseball, he is NOW THE BEST CLOSER IN BASEBALL GOING FORWARD thats my opinion, he not only has mastered his command lately, but can effectively locate his fastball like no other closer, not even KROD who will also be lights out!!
