  1. E-mail ZeliskoT37@aol.com "How can I send fan mail to Johnny Damon and David Ortiz?"
  2. Email herbst6818@aol.com Question: how did they get the name Red Sox? I know it was changed to Red sox in 1907, but what is the story and what does a red sox represtent besides a pair of red socks.
  3. Email to RedSoxcentral.com from Red Sox Fan "Jesse" http://www.nike.com/usa/justdoit/v2/index.jhtml
  4. http://www.Redsoxcentral.com is for sale. I have had the site for about a year and have worked to get a solid PR(5) rating in google. I have backlinks from almost all major Red Sox Fan sites and used Submit Fire for automated submission to directories and search engines. The last three months unique visitor were 1300, 1500, 1700, so as you can see each month I am getting nice incremental increase in traffic. You can verify using google keywords "Red Sox Fan", you will see that I am first page. The site has two main revenue streams, adword google advertising and monthly text links. The revenue from these channels easily exceeds basic monthly web hosting costs. Currently, Mambo web portal is installed which will allow a webmaster to distribute editor tasks etc, super open source project. Due to the number of spam and nonsense everyone receives, I will share a small amount of personal information. Reason for selling the site is due to family expansion, not a lot of time remaining to manage the portal the way I would like. Please email me at Webmaster@Redsoxcentral.com if interested. Go Sox.
  5. RedSoxCentral.com leverages this forum, however occasionally people e-mail us directly with some comments. I decided to start posting them as they can be humerous. "Nothing about the red sox can ever surprise me, but there are still some things that disgust me. If Ortiz had not acted like a 10 year old and gotten himself suspended for 5 game he just might have helped the Sox win last night's game. When are these guys going to take a lesson from the Yankees and start acting like professionals instead of self-indulgent, spoiled, stupid brats? Forget the Wild Card, forget "next year" forget me!"
  6. RedSoxCentral.com leverages this forum, however occasionally people e-mail us directly with some comments. I decided to start posting them as they can be humerous. "Why can't the Sox "clean up". I mean get a shave and hair cut so they look like ball players. ( Look like the homeless.. play like the homeless. The Yankees "look" like they should be 9 games out in front."
  7. Thanks a lot. Appreciate it. Dave
  8. Hello. I forwarded my forums to your site in exchange for my site link on all your pages. The link is now missing?
  9. Hello. I am the Admin of RedSoxCentral.com and I am looking for some help. We would like to get a guest Editor to occasionally submit an Article to our site to assist with keeping content fresh and up to date. This would be an informal relationship, no pressure just whenever you would like to post an article. If you are interested, to register on the site and send me an e-mail. It goes without saying, no profanity etc. Thanks, Dave RedSoxCentral.com RedSoxGear.com Quality Web Hosting
  10. Hello all. I'm a Sox fan living in Charlotte, NC. I went to a Sox game @ Fenway when I was a kid and was really impressed. I've been following the team like everyone else in these forums waiting for the year they put the curse to rest. Who knows, could be this year? One thing I am looking to get from this community is some volunteers to occasional submit their opinions / article etc on my website concerning the Red Sox. I have a new born so content is tough to keep up with. If your interested, just e-mail me or visit the site@ Red Sox Fan Site Red Sox Central Thanks, Dave Red Sox Gear and Apparel Affordable Web Hosting
