Bias? Also this chart doesn't show population. That Cleveland swatch definitely has a higher population than the Pirates area, which is basically WV and Pennsyltucky.

There's a Holiday Inn (express?) on Beacon st in brookline which is 5 minutes by T to Fenway. That would probably be less expensive.
