    The definition of fandom is bias. I'm biased towards my team, sue me. I reserve the right to declare Damon a traitor, not for leaving for more money, but for going to the Yankees. Maybe it was unfair of us to trade Arroyo after he took a discount (although realistically, how much more could he have really gotten?). Baseball's a business, sure. But if Steve Jobs were to quit Apple and sign with Microsoft, wouldn't a lot of people be upset or at the very least confused?

    So really, his up side is more like an Adam Dunn than an Ortiz. Despite his shortcomings, Arroyo was very well liked in Boston. He seemed to fit with the team and the clubhouse. He'll get more chances to pitch in Cincinnati than he would have in Boston this year, so that's good for him. Maybe he'll have great stuff.

    Hanson hasn't released a new album in a while. Craig Hansen (I'm just kidding, I like to nit pick about spelling) is doing wonderfully this spring. 6 IP, 0.00 ERA 0.67 WHIP. Only downside is he has a 1 K/BB ratio. Take this with a grain of salt though. After all, it's only spring training.

    I'm working on it. Hopefully increased activity during the season will lead to quicker deletions and bannings. I'll also write something into the registration exlicitly stating some consequences of spam.

    I don't know how I feel about this, but I think in a USA v Domican final, I'd find myself rooting for the Dominican. This whole WBC doesn't really measure up to the world cup on the patriotic furvor scale. I'd rather have the team of Ortiz and Pedro win than the team of Clemens and not Ortiz or Pedro. :dunno:

    If you go to Quick Links > World Map you can see where all registered members come from in the world and where all currently logged in members are from. It's a pointless, stupid feature, but is cool nonetheless.

    Haha, yea she was. But I think TMIMM (thats how I'm gonna abbreviate your name from now on) has a point. We don't really give new people that much of a chance if they rub us the wrong way immediately. The BH people are a case in point. Maybe we should try to be nicer to newbies. After all, they're new here. Everyone was new once. And I'm gonna move this thread to Feedback/Comments.

    I don't know if anyone else feels the same way, but I find myself cheering more for the Dominican than I do for the U.S. I'd rather have Papi's team win than Roger's, personally. (And Papi just destroyed Venezuala)
