He threw 86 pitches today through 6 scoreless against the Buffalo Bisons (). Apparently he topped out around 92, which I think is where he was hitting during ST. Apparently he thinks he's ready to return, which means nothing whatsoever I guess. Good news is that he had 2 K's and didn't walk anyone.

Maybe it will inspire him to hit the ball? :dunno:

There are 2 ways: 1) Guess the total combined runs scored for the upcoming BOS vs TEX series. As a tiebreak, guess the total RED SOX runs scored as well. So you will be sending me 2 numbers: total runs scored and total Red Sox runs scored. The 2 closest guessers each get a shirt. In the event of a tie, whoever guesses closest to the Red Sox runs scored total without exceeding it will win (Price is Right rules). 2) A random post made between now and the last out of the TEX series will be chosen and the poster will win the shirt.
