    It’s heartbreaking really .Looked into what the Bucks would want and it’s a top rated catcher or catching Prospect .Vaz would be the ask or hope they could be swayed another route .I have been thinking about Johns statement and it’s kinda promising really but Man are we pushing the fans and other teams patience right now .less than a month left for spring training and my heart is losing faith in the direction to date .Moon I think we are a closer and a healthy rotation and a CF power hitter away from a World Series title in 20 .I can see a big bounce back with the rotation I can even see a plug and play CF pick up but WTF are we doing about a closer and this plug and play CF ....? im discouraged big time hence giving up on Erod and that sucks unless by some miracle he provided both ? Lol highly doubtful but I’m realllllly trying .

    These are Erods prime years that calculator is worthless Moon in that you and I and John Henry understand the peak of ones career is mst valuable .The Dodgers specifically need Erod and I’d if garners a championship they could give two purple shits what they gave up .

    Moon not to shift gears but I’ve been thinking about Starling Marte at Fenway .I know Ben Maybe Leary of trading his best player to Boston ? His salary just jumped to 11 million from three in 18 so it may be a non starter anyway and he’s been banged up over parts of his career .Would the Pirates eat say 3 million for a deal with Boston ? s*** why would we do it lol .I just think the player could use a change of scenery and excel here .He would be significantly better offensively.The player is not ancient he’s 30 and should have another 3 to 5 good years in him

    This is very true .Erod has shown balls of Steele in adverse situations he tends to lock in and focus as the game progresses.Erod is a hell of a player and any team needing a top end of the rotation stud will pony up for such a player who went through the meat Grind of the ALEast and shined .

    Erod had his best year last year and I’m just looking at avenues to better this team by trading the player with his value high while resetting to a younger cheaper and maybe as talented if not more So Prospect in return .Erod would likely need to go to a win now all in team with a top end talent like May in LA .I have thought about the other scenarios with Price with Evoldi with Betts and this although painful for a year would maybe be the most prudent and streamlined of deals .The prospect of trading a pitcher who has succeeded in the brutal AL east and jettisoned to the NL for an unproven commodity is a leap of faith that may have to happen .

    Have you even gone to Thad’s games ? Have you watched either player ? I have and Thad is the best pitcher I’ve seen come through besides John and Clay his slider is absolutely ready NOW and his heater is disgusting he needs to harnessi it though .Thad Ward is our next great pitcher .Casas is Raw but make no mistake he’s a starter either for us or another team by mid 21.Neither player I have ANY doubt about contributing by mid 21 .

    MVP getting criticism is fine from you and anyone here is valued even .I understand the view it’s extreme to bring up such a trade but let’s think it through .Price ,Evoldi ,Sale their value is at what I consider an all time low ...You may disagree? You would be wrong but fine .I look at Erods value at an all time high you may also disagree....you would be in Jax territory on that .Open your mind up think things over and offer another solution don’t be lazy .I like moons criticizing because he brings to light things I haven’t thought of .Erod is a very good pitcher and would I be personally dissatisfied with his leaving ? No not if we reset and pick up players to plug in for the reset .

    What about Casas and Thad Ward ? Both these players are going to be damn good .Maybe Ward gets a cup of Coffeee come September ? The cupboard is not bare Moon and no way in Hell do I Trade Chavis after the power he’s shown can’t give up on this kid when he could be just coming into his own now .Casas is likely a 21 starter same with Ward don’t get me wrong .Neither needs to be Rushed .I do think 21 could be our year .

    No we don’t need to blow the team up Moon it’s a reset my friend we do have some pitchers like Ward that are getting fast tracked so losing Erod to reset until ward and players like casas are moved up is ok . Sale may have a great year and let’s build up some value if we can for Price .Mookie if he wants every red cent is gone anyway don’t you think ? how about trading Erod for a CF on the cheap ? I think this sort of trade has to be considered .

    Erod makes what 9 to 9 5 and now JBJ is what 11 million ? Don’t kill me over this but to me Erod is worth 22 a year and JBJ is worth maybe what 3 ? eat 9million vs 15 for Price and let’s face it Erod is the only pitcher that is truly trade worthy . I’m not saying just a salary dump what say you ? I think at this point I’m exploring this very trade if I’m Bloom ...if an extension can’t be worked by July for Mookie Trade the kid at that point .

    A s*** that doesn’t help ...guy rakes everywhere .I don’t know Moon .I loved me some Nomar too .I have a feeling Mookie hits around 400 HR bats around 285 and is a absolute stud defensively the next 10years then tails off abut he’s.not a machine .I think that Ballplayer is likely worth 350 million over 10 .I just don’t think he’s the best player in the game hell most think Lindor and Judge maybe better ? There’s a kid on The Nationals and Braves that may beat that door down soon also .Moon Mookie is a 350 million dollar ball player and top 5 now but 2 years from now ? I don’t know .....Stand firm at 350 if he balks trade him rebuild the farm .Dodgers ,Braves ,Padres are on the clock for a reason .Either we low balled him and have no intention of an extension or we are ironing out small details of a trade to be announced .Mookie answer needs to be completed before Pitchers and Catchers .

    Eric maybe a 245 hitter but he goes to all fields with big pop .The Lefty Power bat is sorely needed .The guy is one hell of a story .Hes easy to pull for .Price seems to be a pure salary Dump .How Much Would 3 years of Eric cost John Henry ? I’m thinking 6 million a year for three gets it done ? Guy would kill the Yankees and that short porch .
