    I'm thinking realistic return is 3 weeks .No need to rush him back use those 3 and when they pitch they must be in for 5 minimum we cannot tax the BP that's the key ...hope for a split of 2 and 2 before his return .

    I agree he should pull balls he can really turn on but I'd like him to start choking up and start to be a more up the gut hitter .I see Benny striking out on that letter high pitch outside heater .The books out he is chasing that pitch .Choke up and know that's not a pitch on the menu take it off the menu .Go belly button to mid thigh pitches with his lower half more and stay balanced .I could easily see him as a 350 hitter if he chokes up and stays on these pitches to drive up the gut .

    I'm in NC and I can tell you with certainty that the best male softball players on the planet are in there later 30s mid 40s and yes a few early 50s .The women's game is different the best are in there 20s and mid 30s for sure .Softball for men is a game of accuracy and you learn this over time .

    This is a good post .Zach is a guy who would solidify this bully .I don't know how it is to trade with that guy over there but this is a piece that would give us peace .

    We have made tiny tweeks like some want again this year the last couple years ...and where did that get this team last year ? Because let's face it JD is a huuuuge upgrade but it's a wash with Stanton ...we need a significant player for 2b in my opinion or it's the wildcard and done .

    The Redsox had to have been tipped off on this by a bad report and protected themselves .I don't blame them abit but don't lie about it .Now if Hanley would consider the situation that having a piece of s*** friend put him and his employer in, I'd call Dave up if it was me ,and go back .
