Kimmi ,I hear ya .There has to be 75 players or more who have to be pretty worried about now .I am not usually one to feel bad for rich kids playing a game ...but this year I'm starting .

Mitch is a backup player most of his career .I don't know if we are out on 1b .14 days remaining .I would think some semblance of a rumor would start today .

Not my money but if I'm JD I'm looking at 6 years 145 and I jump a plane tonight to wake up Dave to get it finalized ..Yes it's fair .Put in an opt out in year 3 .

Pedey is still a solid player ...no argument from me .Solid may not cut it .But just in case let's win one more while he wears our hat shall we ?

Trot Nixon and Pedey are by far my favorite Redsox in the last 20 years ....not Manny not David .But it's time to really come to grips as a fan ,pedeys time here very well could end in months .The man has given everything he has and forever will be an all time Great Redsox .I respect this man so much and can't even pencil in who would be his replacement ....being a GM can't be easy when it comes to situations like Pedey ,but the health of the team and its future is made with just these moments ....painful as it is for all.

The best case for our team is this top 5 of order Betts Benny JD Hanley Devers And all of them rake . The bottom is a huge ???? For me still .I think there will be trades Betts Benny JD Hanley Hosmer Devers would have been my avenue along with trading Porcello and getting Arieta .I think a rotation of. Sale Arieta price in any playoff is World Series worthy .

Pedey ??? Isn't it time to look at this year as his swan song with this team ? I think Dave Trades him ala Nomar at the deadline unless he's raking .

Baseball jones you're on the ball with Manny .I would absolutely love this kid at Fenway ...I'm confused about Dave not being well .......Dave in regards to Manny .If they didn't want X in the package move X to second .....and yes it's time to do the Garciaparra thing with Pedey ....loooooove Pedey but it may be time to move on sooner than later ...His Defense is still ridiculously good so I shudder to think what X would do there ...But an infield of Machado ,Devers ,X,Hosmer/Mitch is appealing to me . Mookie ,Benny,Martinez,Machado ,HOSMER ,Devers ,X ,Vaz ?......

I'm a huge Swihart fanboy so don't crush me for saying this .I think Blake is going to really do well this year as long as he gets consistent at bats .I think. There is a big trade at foot right now ,some of these redundant pieces must go .

Daaaaaang Wow now that's a sobering thought .I agree absolutely.that this is a crap show waiting to happen.I find it repugnant if this is over 130 million but if it's over the initial 200 mill they floated ? Im absolutely looking for another GM because they should have pivoted aloooooong time ago .Osuna would have been one hell of a pickup for us .I sound like a bitter person ....this team is 3 parts from a World Series and they haven't addressed any of them .Porcello should be replaced ,A mid order bat ,And let Holt Walk and replace with Nunez ....Not looking good with Holt he's here now ....and Moreland ? WTH is that ? Are we punting until the deadline ? .
