    I know this is a Red Sox forum and I don't post my beliefs or political opinions, however, i do have a very strong belief/support for our men/women serving our nation. Today is our Independence Day. A day where we recognize several things, one of which is the people that have sacrificed so much before us. As we celebrate a day off, watch our Red Sox play, enjoy a day with our families lets please take a moment to recognize and remember our patriots, vets and all those who have fallen to protect what we value today.     Doesn't matter if its the offense when BDR starts or his pitching performance. We can assume for the remainder of the year that his starts will result in a loss. Similarly we can assume that Sales starts will be a win. The anomalies of the two will average out. This means how price, Pom and e rod perform will dictate how this team will finish the remainder of the season. At this point of the year we know we have a very inconsistent offense that is middle of the pack as far as run production is concerned.
