    Valid point! Also we play another team that is struggling tomorrow, so a weak team will get a win tomorrow regardless.... That's a plus? I guess.... lol.

    Very well could be if he keeps this type of performance up. With that said, there is nobody ( I don't give a crap what people say) and I mean NOBODY that would have predicted this steep of a decline for Sale. Maybe he was overdue for a bad season, or just aging so his fastball isn't what it once was.... But nobody would have though his ERA would be nearly 5.00. A bad season for Sale is like 3.75 or something..... We gave him a ridiculous amount of money but I for one thought Sale would always be a guy we can count on.... I wouldn't have predicted this type of season in a million years and nobody would have either regardless what they tell you. If someone produced a comment last year saying "I see Sale having a very bad season" I will stand corrected, but until then we all thought he was our Ace for a long time.... and hopefully he still is. And we can chalk this up to a bad season.

    Lets lose again and instead of saying we suck we can say "Lets give the other team credit" It's definitely not us with our outstanding 1-9 record in our last 10. It's the other team that is "oh so damn good"

    At least Porcello turned things around his last start. Actually his last 2 out of 3 starts have been good. He went 6 innings and gave up 3 runs against the Yankees and then went 6 innings and gave up 1 run against the Royals. You can tell Porcello is a work horse and frustrated with himself. He is working his ass off to try and turn this season around. Price doesn't seem to give a s***. Honestly, I just don't see any emotion to him. Sale is the same as Porcello.... He is angry with himself and will do anything to turn this around.

    I still hope Oakland squeeks into the playoffs. I will cheer for them to go far. They would be an awesome underdog to do something..... But at this point it will be very tough for them to pass Tampa as Tampa is really starting to play well again. Guess I will have to cheer for Houston or Atlanta Braves.

    Uehara was damn fun to watch! And yes people don’t realize that. Players don’t always have to be the best to like them. I always thought Michael Vick was a fun qb to watch. Far from great but still
