    You have been spot on with every post you have made in this thread and they are my thoughts exactly. The argument that Hill wouldn't be available for the next few nights if he had to get one more out makes absolutely no sense. And how can anyone say he does a good job at managing his bullpen? but then say he does a bad job with leaving starters in too long, they seem to overlap. If he was good at managing his bullpen then he would have someone warming up when he sends his starter out like he did last night with Lackey. Someone should have been warming up because Lackey was gassed and it was a close game. He failed to have anyone ready for when Lackey got in trouble which he did.

    I know Lackey, Wheeler, Jenks etc. suck I'm not blaming him for them sucking that's all on them but that doesn't aply to the begining of my post about him pulling starters to early or keeping them in too long when they have nothing left in a close game. It also doesn't aply to the fact he sometimes pulls relivers like Hill when they are in control due to overmanaging or sometimes he has to much faith in his pitcher to work out of situations when clearly they are struggling. In Wake's second start against Seattle he was actually pitching extremly well but Francona pulled him after 85 pitches for Jenks who then blew the game. There are many problems with this team and I think Terry Francona is one of them . I would also like to see him shake up this line up a bit like move Ortiz to 4th and Youk to 5th and even move Pedroia out of the 2 hole and put Crawford there, but I am really indifferent on the line up.

    I got a Sox Tatto so there is no going back now lol, I will love this team until I die and watch as many games as I can even if they suck

    I don't think he deserves credit for those titles, if you think other wise what are the amazing moves he made during those seasons that put us over the top and helped us win it all? When people say that because he won 2 championships and thats why he is a good manager, does the same hold true for Joe Girardi, he won a championship is he a good manager. I do admit his blunders, at least blunders in my opinion, are magnified because we are losing

    I do agree with you on this, but without saying it doesn't matter because there is no viable option, do you think Terry Francona is doing a good job managing this team?

    Most of those were jokes, I liked Farell but he isn't and probably wasn't an option. You are right there is no specific person who could be our savior but I don't think Francona is doing any good for this team or organization.

    John Farell would have been Have Varitek retire and become our coach. Nomar! j/k sort of Eck? Edit: I may not know any viable options right now but at least maybe it would fire this team up a bit.

    I hate Terry Francona loyalists, just because we won championships while he was sitting on his ass on the bench chewing and spitting, doesn't mean he is a good manager and the best option for the team.

    Having a bum as pitcher pitch until he gives up 7+ runs before we take him out doesn't help either

    Was Sarcasm, I should have said even if he took Lackey out he was going to use Wake, which means another 4-5 runs anyway. He is a douche bag and needs to be fired. Hopefully after we get sweept by the yankees he will be.
