Because Albers is now healthy and ready to reclaim his spot in the middle of the Boston bullpen. Not really sure why we would send someone who posted a quality 2.25 ERA and 0.88 WHIP over 8 innings down to the minors.

Fox Sports' Ken Rosenthal believes "it's becoming increasingly unlikely" that Jarrod Saltalamacchia and Jason Varitek will finish out the season as Boston's catching duo. Neither Tek or Salty have been hitting the ball, and combined they have allowed 20 stolen bases the most in the AL. Pudge Rodriguez, Bengie Molina, and Chris Snyder are supposedly targets for the Sox if they plan on making a move.

Carl Crawford's .371 OPS is the second lowest in all of baseball, only Brett Gardner has been worse through the season's first three weeks.

Youk's X-Rays came back negative and it looks to be only a slight bruise, Youk is very sore but he should be back in the line-up soon. Great news.
