    Well. Back to .500. Gotta hit that mark before you can get above it. Got big Clay on the bump on Tuesday. He's been elite lately. Dominated the Marlins last outing. Lets hope he can keep it up. Sox are now 4-1 in last 5. Starting a little streak here. Keep the streak going and get those reinforcements back.

    I'll tell you what would be nice. Buster Olney reported pre-game that BobbyV told him that Ellsbury is very close. Crawford also looks to be heading out on a rehab stint any day now. Cody Ross is due back on Tuesday. If the Sox could go ahead and just give us a little run here. Maybe a 9-4, 10-3 run over the next 2 weeks and put this team 5-7 games over .500 when Ells and Crawford return, they'll be in good, good shape.

    Aviles puts too many 0-2 swings on non 2 strike pitches. If you don't have 2 strikes on you, take a freaking hack. If you're fooled, swing through it. Why would you just flip the bat out there at a pitch if you don't have to?!?
