Joba Chamberlain has been diagnosed with a torn ligament in his throwing elbow. An MRI revealed the damage on Thursday. Chamberlain has already been placed on the disabled list and could need Tommy John reconstructive elbow surgery if the problem can't be fixed with a simple rehab process.
