Carl Crawford (hamstring) is expected to return to the Red Sox around July 18. Crawford ran the bases Tuesday with no issues and will probably be ready to rock immediately after the All-Star break, but the Sox are going to hold off on activating him until after their July 15-17 series on the turf in Tampa Bay. Crawford will return to a .243/.275/.384 batting line, six home runs, 31 RBI and eight stolen bases.
