    Bard isn't garbage. The team behind him sucks. He gave the Red Sox opportunities to win all his starts. They just s*** the beds behind him. The rest stunk like a pile cespool under a baked sun.

    Bard has the best FIP of this team. If the team actually gave him Buchholz runs support, and good defense and fielding, he'd be 6-0 with a sub 3 ERA. But they screwed him royally every direction so far. Bard has not been shelled in any start. Every start he has pitch in the 6th inning or beyond.
