    Pass on Lincecum, he's owed $20M for 2013. He's also been giving up more home runs and he plays in a park that his team hits only 25 or so HR all season at home. He's been in decline and extremely risky. Spending $20-24M could get Kuroda for 2 year or Kyle Loshe.
