Rangers Park and Oakland has been absolute nightmare for the Red Sox to play at over the past 5 season. I wonder if anyone can dig up the ugly records.

Koji fastball is great with painting corners, but he can't afford to leave it in the zone to hitters. Get ahead carefully and finish off with that great split.

I remember litting Ogando up 2 year ago late in the season with a few bombs off the bat off Adrian and Ellsbury.

It's absolutely a chore to sit through a Doubront game. That gut he is sporting is probably to be blame directly at Wakefield for his hands on with young players this spring. On a serious note, Webster is looking like the real deal. His command has vastly improved without sacrificing his power pitching. I think Doubront get 1 more shot against the Twinkies next time out. If he is still throwing 90 s*** without command, send him away for a few weeks.

Those last two starts his counts were very high and they push him to the 7th to give the BP a break. Every start his pitch count is around the century mark or pushing it before or by the 5th. I'm really sick of watching this type of performances when the Sox have an option with Webster. Just send Doubront to the DL.

Pedroia isn't hitting the ball out the infield the last couple of games. His power is sapped this year as well. Good thing his batting eye is still there.

We don't even have a long man. Mortensen isn't capable of effectively throwing an inning half of the time. I don't think he has work 2 yet.

Doubront is absolutely terrible. He's lucky only 2 have scored.

I'd settled for 1 win in Texas. Place been a nightmare to this club since 2009.

Salty is such a butcher at framing, costing Doubront 10 pitches or so already.

Holland isn't that good, but always shut the Sox down. The guy fold like cheap tents against the MFY, just like Joe Nathan.

There is also monetary reason why Hanrahan may be closing out now. Without the stupid saves stats, Bailey will only get 2+ million raise in arbitration for his final year versus potentially 7M+ if he has a monster season.

They gotta make it look more genuine. Game 1 was lost, no Bailey and blowout win game 2. Bailey is a good guy, I respect that.
