If your GM could make a trade, that would be the way to go. Unfortunately, he'll be asking for something like Hoffman, Giles, and Peavy for Coco Crisp. -
Colletti gave a big FU to Boras and his clients. Schmidt, Pierre, Lieberthal, and Gonzalez are all non-Boras clients. He was able to rebuild this team without giving up one prospect, keeping the top rated system intact. The future looks bright. On the other hand, Gonzo sucks without the roids.

You would have been better off not signing Drew and Lugo. I guarantee at the end of the season you all will regret those signings.

I said MORE VALUABLE. Look, if you were to trade for either of them, wouldn't the guy with the higher salary be less desirable? Just because the $ox paid him a ton doesn't make Manny better.
