  1. now to the bottom of the ninth..
  2. ok you really can't hit people with pitches right now.
  3. i was so content with 5 1/2. hmm.. never lose hope.. ?
  4. thanks well at least they have a good bunch coming up..
  5. who's due up for the Guardians?
  6. wow!! I couldn't be more excited that the Guardians seem to be showcasing the Yankees sudden lack of defense.
  7. haha! certainly. I know it won't be a big deal to visit the sox in september
  8. ha. I'll be loving the Blue Jays tomorrow Welcome ray10.
  9. hahaha exactly! FL is hardly paradise. The temp today was upper 90's, extreme humidity, and a 100% chance that their baseball teams suck ass.
  10. yeah, i know. hahaha
  11. don't care. never will. FL sucks.
  12. I'm so very jealous right now.
  13. I saw some test conducted on CNN I believe to find the "coolest" towns in the nation, a similar type of thing I guess. I'm not exactly sure of the specifications for the rankings but they took into consideration things like night life, popularity, and "coolness". yeah, coolness. lol anyway, Boston came in as #2 only beat by Denver..a little surprising.. Anyhow NY was #9!! haha
  14. I know I wouldn't mind that. Tony G is reminding me of Mueller in clutch situations and his average is very consistent around 300. I know every player has his ups and downs but Graffanino has been very steady for weeks.
  15. Jeremi Gonzalez? I'm nervous. 5.34....
  16. What are you smoking? The Sox trading Tony G with his 300 avg to put Bellhorn back in would only happen in hell. I don't want him to go!! Ort doesn't! ^
  17. I actually think I'd be shocked if he was gone. I know they are really looking to replace him anyway they can but, like some of us have already said, the deal is much too complex to go down before tomorrow at 4. I'm really wishing that the trot replacement would happen though.
  18. haha exactly. good lord. I woke up this morning to my brother announcing this deal and i just started laughing.
  19. I think Ortiz's interview made a lot of sense and he certainly brought a "personal touch" to the whole situation, but a rumor is a rumor and apparently it's pretty damn legit and there is no denying that there are problems. Perhaps it was extreme of the fans to boo him, but extreme too is Manny's behavior as of late and I think RS Nation has a right to be upset..
  20. What in the hell has caused Theo to be so preoccupied with this Manny crap that he has lost all sight of our desperate bullpen? A deal for two outfielders (and/or very average 1st basemen) for the top man in our RBI pair is INSANE. not meant to state the obvious, but what the hell?
  21. wow, so things are getting heated in the bellhorn thread...go figure. anyway, I definitely agree. The sox timidity in the current trade situations is partly based on uncertainty of guys like Lowell and such. Tony G just jumped in and did his job. The whole bellhorn thing is a no brainer.
  22. I agree. It's pretty nice. But guilt washes over me when I step inside. I know I shoudln't feel that bad, but geesh the Sox fans outnumber the rays so hard core.
