All-American teams were announced today.
First Team
Randy Foye (Villanova, Big East)
Shelden Williams (Duke, ACC)
JJ Redick (Duke, ACC)
Adam Morrison (Gonzaga, WCC)
Brandon Roy (Washington, Pac-10)
Second Team
Dee Brown (Illinois, Big Ten)
Rodney Carney (Memphis, C-USA)
PJ Tucker (Texas, Big 12)
Rudy Gay (UConn, Big East)
Leon Powe (Cal, Pac-10)
Third Team
Allan Ray (Villanova, Big East)
Craig Smith (BC, ACC)
Nick Fazekas (Nevada, WAC)
Glen Davis (LSU, SEC)
Tyler Hansborough (UNC, ACC)
So yeah, ACC has 4, Big East has 3, Pac 10 has 2, all more than the SEC's 1 player, who was third team.
Also, both Duke and Villanova have more players on all 3 teams than the SEC's entire conference has. Hell, Duke has more first teamers than the SEC has players on all 3 teams. I dont really know why you, GIARSF, say that the SEC is better, as clearly these teams are dominated by the Big East and ACC.
