He was born during the 1960's, a good decade for music. One of his listed hobbies is martial arts. Thats kinda cool I guess. He can keep the attacking fans off of him in the streets I guess.

The guy is barely 26, has 661 Ks in 677 innings and a 3.5 career ERA. I see reason for optimism.

Beckett is the best pitcher on the staff, which is why I'm not worried about this. He'll get it under control and develop quickly. He's only what, 26?
