  1. Seriously? The 11:05 Patriots day game is a longstanding tradition. This isn't something new that MLB has invented to screw fans. It's awesome actually, one of the best days to be in Boston.
  2. http://myemail.constantcontact.com/CASTING-CALL-FOR-RED-SOX-FANS.html?soid=1102673434345&aid=cMEGuhfenic And pretend to be former Red Sox players. Might be worth checking out for those in the Boston area.
  3. Youk pinch hit home run. You heard it here first.
  4. Oh man say what you will about Talksox sometimes but at least this place isn't the Globe message boards
  5. Looks like BV's apologized: http://www.boston.com/sports/baseball/redsox/extras/extra_bases/2012/04/kevin_youkilis_5.html?p1=News_links Hopefully they move on and the team keeps winning
  6. He's alive! I'm sure this was calculated by Bobby, but this will definitely cause a shitstorm
  7. Wow he really settled down
  8. Are you listening online or on the radio radio?
  9. I love Pedroia
  10. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut sometimes
  11. THAT is why Salty is in
  12. I'll just close it and leave it up. If we win you'll just keep going.
  13. No don't make another one, there's no way to merge this into that and have that be the dominant thread.
  14. Yes I very much hate Luke Scott
  15. He also looks a little like Johnny Damon
  16. He's been all over the place so far
  17. Sweeney just played that terribly. This is gonna be a long day.
  18. Leadoff walks suck
  19. T Minus 15 minutes and no game thread yet. Mojo interruptus?
  20. Holy crap! That's a lotta tickets
  21. Haymarket is at least a 30 minute walk to any part of the seaport with enough land for a baseball stadium. For a ballpark on the waterfront to be feasible they'd have to rip out the stupid silver line and replace it with rail. If it could get the T to build a tram down the greenway and along the waterfront, maybe then I'd support a new ballpark.
  22. Like what? The silver line? Could you imagine trying to fit 40,000 people onto buses?
  23. Welcome
