I thought Brett Cecil would pitch well tonight against the Indians, but not this well. He has a perfect game through 6. And a low pitch count (69) to boot.

And who are you, the proud lord said, that I must bow so low?
Only a cat of a different coat, that's all the truth I know. In a coat of gold or a coat of red, a lion still has claws, And mine are long and sharp, my lord, as long and sharp as yours.
Scott Olsen thru 6 I believe.
Matt Cain has a No-No going through 5.
WAR is good for something.

I think I was bitched at once for mentioning a no-no under 6 innings
Cain lost it with 2 outs in the 6th.

Mike leake had one threw 5
Braden perfect thru 6.
Perfect thru 8.
Perfect game and a no-hitter already this year.
I wonder if A-Rod knows who Dallas Braden is now
Wow, Dallas Braden of all people throwing a perfect game, props to him. What a performance.
This was about as surprising as the Jonathan Sanchez no-hitter, especially considering that it was against one of the top offenses in baseball. I'd love for Braden to tell A-rod to go suck it.
This also means that the last 3 perfect games, and 4 of the last 5 perfect games were thrown by lefties.
