If santana won more games, and wasn't with the Twins he would have won it, but he is like, what, 15-8?
Marcus Camby 4 Defensive POTY!!!
matt clement!
I mean colon
Colon no doubt, he has done so good this year.
Bartolo
Where's Mariano on that poll?
It'll probably go to Colon though
I don't think you need to put the winking face, HOFer51. Rivera should probably be on that list the way he pitchedd this year. He won't win it, but he deserves consideration.
I'll go with Colon, and Rivera running a distant 2nd.
Santana should win it, Rivera should be up there too. And Colon is not that good of a pitcher.

Just because it's a rivalry doesn't mean you need to make retarded arguments.
agreed, he has had one of the most overrated year for a pitcher. Just because you win 20 games it doesnt make you the automatic winner of the Cy Young. If you put Colon on the Twins and Santana on the Angels there would be no question. Santana would have won around 24 games. Colon on the other hand would be around 14 or 15.Originally Posted by ARod2212

I voted other...Mariano Rivera. I think he's the only one who's been legitmately and consistently good this season...with the exception of week one.
At least rivera should get consideration. Whether he wins it or not is unknown obviously, but he should get consideration.

I'll agree Rivera should get consideration, in fact I'd run him a close second to Colon.
21-8 / 3.48 for a team that had nowhere near the offensive production as previous angel teams. Vlad was the only player with more than 17 HR so its not like he was able to rely on that offense to win him games.
