Let Me Go - Hailee Steinfeld, Alesso, Florida Georgia Line
'Highway Tune' by Greta Van Fleet.
People are being blown away by how much this kid sounds like Robert Plant. I've seen a clip of a live performance of the song and it validates that he can really sing like this. Pretty wild.

In the town where I was born
Lived a man who sailed to sea
And he told us of his life
In the land of submarines
So we sailed up to the sun
'Til we found a sea of green
And we lived beneath the waves
In our yellow submarine
This thread is solid gold when you are in a music rut......

"Hating the Yankees like it's a religion since 94'" RIP Mike.
"It's also a simple and indisputable fact that WAR isn't the be-all end-all in valuations, especially in real life. Wanna know why? Because an ace in run-prevention for 120 innings means more often than not, a sub-standard pitcher covering for the rest of the IP that pitcher fails to provide. You can't see value in a vacuum when a player does not provide full-time production."
Yeah those kids have all the Zep sounds and moves.

Glad you guys liked it. The first I heard of this song, I just caught the end of it when I was flipping channels, and I thought, 'What the hell was that? A new song by Plant? No, it couldn't be, because his voice is too strong. Did they dig up something long lost from the Zeppelin archives?'
This band is generating a lot of buzz. People who have seen them live say they put on a really good show.

I've always loved Zep. I think I was maybe 11 or 12 when I heard them on the radio.
I've never been a big Plant fan. His voice got to me after a whole album.
The rest of the band was top shelf quality.
As a teen, my big band was The Who. I wasn't high on Daltrey either. (BTW, the "moon" from moonslav comes from Keith Moon.)
Yeah I feel the same way.
Although I really liked Plant's first solo album. I think it may have been the first compact disc that I purchased.
How many of you guys have music by an artist in multiple formats? I have stuff by bands on vinyl, cassette, CD, and some in digital.
UGH. I have spent SO MUCH MONEY!!!!!
But It was one of my passions for many years. I have thousands of albums, mostly vinyl and cd.

I have about 500 CD's, but I'm down to buying about a dozen a year.
