Since I'm on winter break there will be a couple movies I'm seeing, I'm being dragged into seeing the Blind Side and I'm seeing Avatar. That movie looks crazy good

My boyfriend hated Juno but I loved it. May be a chick thing in some cases.

I have an urge to see another movie... But I'll wait for at least another few weeks. Up In The Air and It's Complicated were both good IMO.

I just watched "Green Street Hooligans". It came out in '05 I believe.

Fantastic. Anyone else seen it? I highly recommend it.

Gangs of New York is probably my favorite movie ever.

Daniel Day is unreal. Leo too.

I'm looking forward to Up in the Air - Clooney is the best lead actor out there.

I'm definitely NOT looking forward to the bastardization of Death at a Funeral. Not only does it star Danny Glover, but it also looks miserable. The original was great, no need to remake it.
I just saw that the other day. It's a pretty good movie. Clooney and Kendrick were both pretty good together, and the ending was pretty surprising. It left a lot to be desired and it seemed like the director was trying to be new and innovative, but I kind of liked it. Definitely an un-Hollywood-like ending.

The ending left me unsatisfied. Is it appropriate to have little to no resolution in a movie called Up in the Air? Yes. Is it also lazy writing? Yes.

Yeah, I was kinda pissed at the ending, but I sort of liked that it was unconventional, and not really conforming to typical Hollywood. However, I noticed more and more movies have bad endings for the main character, it almost seems like typical Hollywood is now the exact opposite of what it was.

Has anyone seen The Serious Man or The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus? I have a movie night coming up, and don't know which to pick.

Wow I didnt know they were remaking that. It was a pretty cool movie. Pretty damn stupid though to remake a movie that's only 3 years old and already in freakin english.
