Been a while since I did joined a game thread. Figured I"d see if there any good conversation going on- I fear Bello will not provide much positive discourse... but here is to hoping he turns thing around... this is the team to find your stuff against.

I appreciate the championships- but I'm watching today's game to see a competitive team. I don't keep going back to restaurants who serve terrible food because two years ago I had a great meal there.
Send him down. He has the talent but right now he absolutely sucks.

Good thing you don't have a vote. My reaction to those 3 hits was the same as yours, but I wanted to see more before saying anything. Even with the balk, he held Florida to just the 1 run and then set them down in order in the 2d inning.
Right now I'm more worried about the Sox weak hitting with RISP.

Big hit by Rafael Devers! He really battled 2d time around and hit that grounder hard. I think they say it's a hit.
That’s the second time Smith watched a call third strike right down the middle with runners in scoring position.
Dom Smith not only looks sleepy, but he sleeps through the AB. 2nd time taking strike 3 with men on. Pull the trigger, Dom, you have nothing to lose , buddy, but your team does.
