Woo North is better than the 2022-2023 Sox!

    (Maybe a lil bit.)

Casas' performance on the broadcast might have generated more WAR than any Sox player has this season. That was delightful.

On national TV Casas says Duran's the SOX best hitter. I wonder how Devers will feel about that?

Only? Imho, RBI may be a hitter's most important stat.

Don't ever ask Casas, "How's the weather " unless you have a couple hours free.

    Especially when he's batting clean-up.

RBIs are often a product of opportunity, but no doubt, he has struggled with men on, more than his norm.
    .908 RISP (.283 BA)
    .869 Men On (.283)

    2024
.873 RISP (.226 BA) They are walking him more than the norm.
.867 Men on (.250) OPS is nearly identical to norm.

Great day for Red Sox top prospects Nick York (now batting over .400 for Worcester), Marcelo Mayer, Kyle Teel and Blaze Jordan. Also, catcher Mickey Gasper who is 28, is having solid year (.282 at Portland and now .455 at Worcester).

What a chatter box. If he has Scott Boras as his agent, no way the Red Sox will be able to keep him.

Karl Ravech of ESPN with the jinx on Crawford.

He has been going very well but gives up a run quick in 6th with no outs. Cora knows he has this game but will need to survive Crawford and Bullpen Roulette to keep the win.
