Just checked: for the past five years since 2018 we haven’t finished above third place. We have finished last 3 of the past five years and likely will finish last again. I wonder if Dalbec would be better from the left side of the plate. Could he possibly be worse?
What's that stuff families use for quick meals? Hamburger helper? Dalbec is cup of pitcher helper. When you're having a bad game and nothing is going right, Dalbec is your pick-me-up.

Having D. Smith and Dalbec playing 1st base assures Casas that no matter how long he's out, he'll have his job back.

Dalbecs only value is not hitting into a double play because he will strike out.
Another good inning for Criswell. He deserved both of those called 3d strikes.
Not sure what a good k rate is but for his career Dalbec has struck out 37% of the time. Surprisingly he is only at -.4 WAR for his career.
Maybe he should try out for Pony league again.

At least Dalbec can field ok. He sure can't hit a lick.
I hope Stanton strikes out. But if he doesn't....he is on my fantasy team
