Maybe not as exciting as getting #4 last year, but Sox pick 24th on Sunday night and then do have the re-do for Jud Fabian from last year early in the 2nd round that begins on Monday.
At #24, it's hardly worth speculating who we might get.
When you say it's gonna happen now
When exactly do you mean?
@redsoxstats
Everyone's putting out their final mocks before last minute tweaks today..
Kiley McDaniel/ESPN:
24. Boston Red Sox
Kumar Rocker, RHP, Tri-City
Prospects Live:
24. Boston Red Sox
Jordan Beck, OF, Tennessee
Baseball America:
24. Boston Red Sox
Chase DeLauter, OF, James Madison
I was high on Rocker last year, but more of that was based on his earlier years and the recent successes of Vanderbilt pitching and not on his comparatively lackluster senior season as a Commodore…
I am hopeful that Jett Williams falls to us at 24, but remain doubtful we get that lucky.
If so, like toman at 24.
I'm hoping for Spencer Jones. Please no Kumar rocker
The Bleacher Report graded all team drafts.

Given what the Dodgers have been able to produce, I look at that very skeptically.
One of the interesting things Law noted was that the Red Sox organizationally think they can teach the hitters to drive the ball more and get into their power - and thus seem okay drafting more of these high contact middle infielders who have not shown power at the amateur level.
